Terms & Conditions – The Sculptress
1. Booking & Deposits
To secure an appointment at The Sculptress, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Deposits secure your appointment time, not the treatment itself. If the appointment is cancelled, changed, or missed for any reason, the deposit is forfeited.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be applied to another booking.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or changes. Appointments may be rescheduled once only. Further changes will result in loss of deposit and a new deposit will be required to rebook.
Cancellations or missed appointments within 48 hours will be charged at 100% of the treatment cost.
3. Late Arrivals
Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time. The full treatment fee will still apply. Significant lateness may result in the appointment being treated as a no-show.
4. Courses, Packages & Payment Plans
All courses, packages, and pre-paid treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable. Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be forfeited.
5. Medical Suitability & Client Responsibility
Clients must disclose all relevant medical history. The Sculptress reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsafe or unsuitable.
6. Post-Operative Treatments
Treatments are based on client-provided information and assessment. We do not replace medical advice or perform procedures outside UK legal standards.
7. Results Disclaimer
Results vary and cannot be guaranteed due to individual body response and lifestyle factors.
8. Liability
The Sculptress is not liable for complications arising from undisclosed conditions, failure to follow aftercare, or treatments performed elsewhere.
9. Right to Refuse Treatment
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment at any time.
10. Agreement
By booking, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
