Zoe is the Founder and Clinical Director of The Sculptress, specialising in advanced post-operative recovery, lymphatic drainage, and results-driven body sculpting treatments.

Zoe founded The Sculptress with the vision of creating a specialist space dedicated to advanced lymphatic recovery and body transformation.

Her journey into this field began following her own experience with cosmetic surgery abroad, where she realised how critical specialist aftercare is to both the healing process and the final results. That experience sparked a deep passion and ultimately led her to dedicate her career to supporting others through their recovery and transformation journeys.

Through her work at The Sculptress, she has supported hundreds of clients through post-operative recovery, gaining extensive hands-on experience working with swelling, fibrosis, fluid retention, and lymphatic congestion following cosmetic procedures. This experience allows her to recognise the body’s healing patterns and adapt treatments safely and effectively at every stage of recovery.

Alongside her recovery work, Zoe has developed signature sculpting techniques using advanced lymphatic methods and wood therapy. These treatments help reduce swelling, de-bloat the body, and refine natural contours while delivering visible and transformative results.

Having personally experienced cosmetic procedures herself, she brings a unique level of understanding and empathy to the work she does. She understands both the physical and emotional journey that often comes with body transformation, allowing her to support clients with both expertise and reassurance throughout their recovery.

As Clinical Director, she leads a specialist team dedicated to lymphatic health, post-operative recovery, and holistic body transformation. LORRAINE

Lymphatic Drainage & Post-Operative Recovery Practitioner Gut Health & Hormonal Balance Specialist

Lorraine brings a strong clinical mindset to her work at The Sculptress, shaped by her background working within the ambulance service, where she developed a deep understanding of the human body and the importance of calm, structured care in high-pressure situations.

Today she applies that same methodical and protocol-focused approach to lymphatic drainage and post-operative recovery treatments. Lorraine regularly works with clients navigating the healing process following cosmetic surgery, helping to reduce swelling, support circulation, and encourage the body’s natural recovery processes.

She is particularly passionate about guiding clients to follow the correct recovery protocols, ensuring the body is given the best possible conditions to heal safely and achieve optimal results after surgery.

Alongside her post-operative work, Lorraine has developed a strong interest in gut health, hormonal balance, and the body’s natural detoxification systems. Through specialised abdominal techniques and lymphatic drainage, she helps clients improve digestion, reduce bloating, and support the body’s overall balance.

Having personally lost over six stone and now focusing on maintaining her health while navigating perimenopause, Lorraine brings a practical and relatable understanding of the body’s changing needs. As someone navigating perimenopause herself, she has developed a deeper interest in supporting the body through hormonal changes, particularly when it comes to bloating, fluid retention, digestion, and maintaining overall balance.

Known for her straightforward, knowledgeable approach, Lorraine builds strong relationships with clients while helping them stay focused on achieving the best possible recovery and long-term results.

LAURYN

Lymphatic Drainage & Post-Surgery Support Practitioner

Lauryn’s journey into recovery work began through her own powerful transformation. After losing an incredible 9 stone following gastric sleeve surgery, she later underwent a mummy makeover, where she experienced first-hand the benefits of post-operative lymphatic drainage and the important role it plays in supporting healing and reducing swelling.

As a mother of five, Lauryn brings warmth, resilience, and genuine empathy into the work she does with clients. Her personal experience of both weight loss and surgery allows her to truly understand the physical and emotional journey many people go through during recovery.

Naturally hands-on, practical, and results-driven, Lauryn has developed a strong fascination with the lymphatic system and the powerful way it influences how the body heals, moves, and feels after treatment. She particularly enjoys the sculpting element of lymphatic work, helping clients feel lighter, more comfortable, and more confident as swelling reduces and results begin to show.

Having experienced her own significant weight loss journey, Lauryn has a deep understanding of the physical and emotional changes the body goes through and is passionate about helping clients feel supported and confident as their body continues to transform.
